Matt the service provider was excellent. My initial contact was for a recall on my 1999.5 Pathfinder. I was told to bring it in by a service adviser other than Matt. Once dropped I was informed the recall was no longer valid. I wouldn't say I wasted my time since there was a free multi point inspection preformed on my vehicle but, not the happiest I had to drive an hour each way to be told it was not a valid recall due to the age of the vehicle. Was on Vacation trip my 2023 Pathfinder Platinum with 22,000 broke down with rear door light open. The door was closed. Matthew said it must have been a 'glitch'.
