$400 service they said was necessary but when we got our car back with the owners manual it said it was only a recommended service. We called and they agreed but didn’t do anything about. When I was just in for an oil change I was told of another thing that needed done. I said no and explained the previous experience. They said ok, that they understood-seems as if it is pretty common occurrence here. Well you did get my $400 but I won’t return to have work done here or buy our next car as I will do that where I can have more trust in how they operate More

This dealership was no help to me. My vehicle sat in the same spot when I dropped my vehicle for a week. I called Amanda the service manager and she would never return my call. The customer Svc rep initially called me and said that they were unable to fix my Nissan titan. Worst experience and I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. More
