$400 service they said was necessary but when we got our car back with the owners manual it said it was only a recommended service. We called and they agreed but didn’t do anything about. When I was just i car back with the owners manual it said it was only a recommended service. We called and they agreed but didn’t do anything about. When I was just in for an oil change I was told of another thing that needed done. I said no and explained the previous experience. They said ok, that they understood-seems as if it is pretty common occurrence here. Well you did get my $400 but I won’t return to have work done here or buy our next car as I will do that where I can have more trust in how they operate More
