I dealt with the manager ben on Saturday, who promised all sorts of special Bells and whistles with my new 23 armada. When we went Wednesday to complete paperwork, I did not have gap available.Nor was I offered any any other incentives of such as free oil changes that I was initially told I was getting. On top on I was trading in a tahoe I purchased from them with gap and extended warranty not even 4 months ago, a week in to having the vehicle I was experiencing issues. No resolution, warranty didn't cover electrical mishaps. I wasted 15k down on that vehicle which is ending up going to auction. More

I have been using this dealership for years and this was the not good service this time. It took 2 hours to change the oil in my car, they were to rotate the tires and wouldn’t cause my tires are chopped. M the not good service this time. My tires shouldn’t be chopped since I pay to have them rotated every oil change and that tells me they have not been rotating them. More
