Outside of the personal interest that Mr. Billy Tillman showed (with no pressure by the way); and then to receive a call from Mr. Jenkins himself! OK that was the Grand Slam. I really believe I was greeted and warmly approached by EVERYONE on the staff and left there feeling like I just made one of the wisest decisions of my life. I AM A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE! Thanks guys and ladies for a great deal and a terrific car. B.N.W.-G37. More

BAIT AND SWITCH My daughter, single with a 1 year old baby, working two jobs to make ends meet found a car she could finally afford at Jenkins Nissan in Brunswick. We My daughter, single with a 1 year old baby, working two jobs to make ends meet found a car she could finally afford at Jenkins Nissan in Brunswick. Went to dealership and test drove the 2010 Rogue she loved it . They gave her a price and she took it to her bank. Went back to Jenkins Nissan two weeks later test drove the car again and offered a trade, got another offer from them which was more favorable with the bank. She decided to buy the rogue. When the bank called for the information to cut the check with they told them the rogue was not for sale. We inquired why it wasn't for sale and they told us that the rogue has not been through the shop yet. Then they told us it was not a street safe vehicle. I asked them to put it through the shop and find out what was wrong with it and we would decide to buy it or fix it. They called and said it was in too bad of shape to sell to us, I asked them to fax a copy of what they found, which they did. After looking the fax over did not see anything that was so bad that we could not have fixed with routine service, Windshield wipers, oil change, tail light, tag light etc. Called then and said we would buy it as is. They called back and said Mr. Jenkins said he was not gonna sell that car to us unless we paid them 2000 dollars to repair it.We have always bought Nissans , But now I think we will buy fords More

Bad customer service I purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership in 2014. The first one for my father, which was a great experience...the second one mine. The buying exper I purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership in 2014. The first one for my father, which was a great experience...the second one mine. The buying experience wasn't as great as the first time but it was decent. Everything that happened with MY car thereafter has been nothing short of disastrous. first, i purchased my car in October 2014 and still have yet to receive my referral incentive as they promised....its now Feb 2015. $100 is not why i am upset, its the fact that they promise you something and cannot even follow through. Secondly, when i took my vehicle to a Jacksonville dealership (since this is where i reside) for a tire rotation, they informed me that my wheel locks were not in the vehicle and because its a different kind of lug nuts they couldnt use their master key because it would not fit. i have been dealing with this issue for about a month and a half with Brunswick Jenkins Nissan for them to just send me the correct wheel locks so that i can finally get my tires rotated. i am still blown away by the fact it took them almost 2months to figure out that for whatever reason, my car didnt have the Nissan parts (lug nuts) on them when it was sold to me. So after this discovery, my point of contact who was Kevin, informed me that since they have inconvenienced me enough, that he would send a driver down to pick up my car from Jax and take it back to GA to get it corrected and would bring me a rental to use in the meantime. I was going out of town that particular weekend to Atlanta, so i asked if i could just drop it off, pick up the rental, then drop off the rental back when i was on my way back down from ATL...i was told that was not a problem at all, he even offered a smaller vehicle (i have an Armada) so i wouldnt have to spend too much on gas since i'm going all the way to ATL. I get there on a Sat morning, Kevin is nowhere to be found after he had told me he would be there. While i am getting set up with the rental Armada, another manager figure walks out and is trying to push me towards just taking my car instead of the rental which was not what was agreed. after i told him that I dont just need the lug nuts swapped out but my actual tires rotated as well, he threw his hands up in the air out of frustration then walked away from me while i was still speaking to him and called out to the salesperson "just give her the car, whatever, just have her put all those miles on it." To say that was unprofessional would be an understatement. I was there to pick up the rental like i was told was going to happen. It's is not even something I initially asked for, it was what was offered to me and now all of the sudden this is an issue which was beyond frustrating. After i leave the dealership with my rental, i get about an hr away from Brunswick when i realized i didnt remember the salesperson (Joe) putting a temporary tag on the rental. i pull over on the side of I-95 and take a look and realized i had been driving on the highway for about an HOUR with no tag of any kind. HOW this happened i cannot even comprehend. you are a CAR DEALERSHIP, how do you forget to put a temporary tag on a car that belongs to your dealership when it gets driven out of your lot? I called and told Kevin the issue, he brushed me off and said "theres a lot of people here right now, i'll get someone out there with a tag." But now Kevin was pushing me if he could just bring my car instead of me taking the rental. How is it that when i spoke to him 2 days prior, he was 100% ok with me taking the rental to ATL but now all of the sudden this is an issue. I told him as long as the car was ready, just to bring my car because I was so upset with the whole situation, the last thing i wanted to do was see anyone from that dealership after my trip. There was not even ONE apology from the 5 people i spoke to while waiting at a random gas station in the middle of nowhere waiting for my car. It takes Joe 2 hrs to get to my location when it was only a ONE hr drive. even though HE was the one who forgot the tag on the rental, there was not a single apology from him either. So no, i would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone that i know based on the fact that they are not only incompetent and sloppy in their work and what they promise you, they constantly just give you false information and basically lie to you just so you can hear what they think you want to hear then get annoyed/frustrated with you for asking what they already promised you. I was stranded at a random gas station in the middle of nowhere for nearly 2 hrs because someone who works at a car dealership failed to realize that there needed to be a TAG on a RENTAL he gave me. I got a frustrated manager throwing his hands up as he walked away from me while we were speaking because he failed to communicate properly with his co-workers and understand what was initially promised to me, the customer. It took nearly 2 months for them to figure out and let me know that proper Nissan parts were not put on my new Armada and that was the reason why other Nissan dealerships could not use their Master key to rotate my tires. the amount of unprofessional-ism and attitude i got that day when i went to Brunswick Nissan dealership most definitely put a damper on my weekend getaway to ATL with my close friends to celebrate her birthday. so thank you Jenkins Nissan in Brunswick, GA for ruining the beginning of me and my friends' weekend birthday trip due to your lack of communication with each other and lack of training to handle the most basic tasks properly. I called on a Wednesday and was able to bring my vehicle in that Saturday. My car was serviced and returned quickly. They were friendly and efficient. The gentleman that sold me my car even recently called me on my 1 yr anniversary to ask how I was enjoying my car and if I had any problems. I love my Nissan Juke and plan to keep it for a long time but if I decided to trade in my car or purchase another one it would most certainly be from Jenkins Nissan. More
