Way too busy for customer service. When I first brought iny car for an oil change and a look at my engine mounts, I had an appointment. I was asked four different times from four different people why I was there. I wasn't helped until 30-40 minutes after my initial appt time. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars and not 1, is because when I did eventually get to actual speak to someone who made eye contact with me, Chris Yates was our technician and he was very nice and knowledgeable. More
