I visited 3 dealerships but came back to Awesome Nissan because they had a ton of inventory, were not pushy, and had vast product knowledge. I went to buy used but ended up buying brand new because I was presented the option in a no pressure manner, it made sense mathmatically and was not much more than buying used. More

The after sale service after 1 week was poor In terms of assisting with getting the financing was good as the rep tried to ensure that I got through. However there were some problems I experience In terms of assisting with getting the financing was good as the rep tried to ensure that I got through. However there were some problems I experienced after the sale was finalized and the key was given to me: 1. The key was taped up and flexible. When I pointed this out I was told I could buy another one at a cost of $160 2. The radio was not working After the sale within 2 days the air conditioner stopped working. I took it back and made a report to your used car sales manager who informed me that a used car is not perfect and is sold as is. I responded that I am aware of that but to have to buy a key, the radio not working and the a/c one would expect that buying a used car from a dealership would offer some assurance that the car was sold in good faith as these things would have been checked and pointed out prior to the sale. He then informed me that I could take it to the service department to have them check the a/C which I did and was then informed that I would have to pay $129.99 to have a diagnostic check done. The end result was that it costed me $149.99 and it showed that the compressor needed to be replaced at a total cost of $1274, which I did not have your company carry out the repairs/service. Everyone knows that a compressor does not go bad in less than a week. The other problem I had was that I signed the first sale agreement with an interest rate of 4.19% but when I was called to come in to sign the final document I was told by the finance manager that it had changed to 5.24%. When I asked why he said that because the bank doesn't open on Saturday he couldn't get the correct rate. Based on all of the above I must state my dissatisfaction and am not sure if I would do any further business with "Awesome Nissan". More
