Absolutely DO NOT buy a car from this dealership. I was promised a year of free oil changes. When I went in for my first oil change they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. After ta I was promised a year of free oil changes. When I went in for my first oil change they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. After talking with a manager they said “we can give you 2 oil changes. That’s about a years worth for the average driver.” Prior to purchasing I explained how much I drive, so they 100% knew I would need more. They refuse to give me the year of oil changes I was promised, and have repeatedly tried to get me to go over my oil change mileage limit to void my warranty. Their excuse for lying to me was “well that sales rep is new, so she didn’t know” Their lack of training does not constitute a problem on the consumers end. I was promised what I was promised, and they did not hold up their end of the deal. Shame on them. More

Absolutely dissatisfied with lack of communication, and service. I explicitly asked for all my old parts to be returned and that did not happen.
