Devon was great. We came in not really having much of an idea of what we were looking for but he helped so much and he was so patient. Brought my vehicle in for oil change and to try to get some missing parts repaired and a check engine light (ac sensor low switch) diagnosed. After 4 1/2 hours there with an appointment the only thing tha some missing parts repaired and a check engine light (ac sensor low switch) diagnosed. After 4 1/2 hours there with an appointment the only thing that was completed was the oil change. They would not address the check engine light or replace any missing parts that were found after buying the new/used vehicle. After complaining about the issues to the sales manager they still wouldn’t honor any warranty work since the items were cosmetic. Overall the sales department and associates were useless and ignorant of the cars they sell. Would not waist my time with them. Will get all my warranty work done somewhere else. Oh, the ac check engine light was found to be the system was over pressurized. It was a 1 year old Nissan Altima with 10k miles on it. More
This is a follow to an earlier review of this Dealership. I will NEVER recommend you and your dealership after the treatment that we have received from our purchase. I do take some of the blame, however, aft I will NEVER recommend you and your dealership after the treatment that we have received from our purchase. I do take some of the blame, however, after the sale I found out that the car was in a wreck and there are several issues with the vehicle that were not addressed. Also, when I came in for service the issue with the ac system was not even looked at when I mentioned the "check engine" light. The code was P0532 A/C Refrigerant Pressure Sensor A Circuit Low. To find out, the system was over pressurized and needs to be evacuated and recharged in which the dealership will not do apparently. The list below is all the items we found that were deficient and were not addressed at time of purchase or during service call on 29 Jan 2025: 1. The vehicle was not passed on to us to inform that the car was in an accident prior to/during/ or after the sale 2. Hood Prop rod and mounting grommet was missing along with the mounting hardware 3. Hood insulation/sound dampening pad is missing 4. Overspray all over the car (asked to have the car detailed prior to leaving, all they did was wash the car) 5. Horn did not work. (found out later that evening the horn was mounted incorrectly with the bell mouth up and had water in it) 6. Broken glass inside the vehicle after defrost fan was turned on 7. A/C system issue as mentioned above 8. Hood drip rail on passenger side was damaged and not replaced 9. Sales associate (Devon Mack) did not know there was any issue with the car or after the fact that there was no hood prop rod for the vehicle So needless to say I will never go to or recommend this dealer to anyone. Roy is the greatest service representative I’ve ever encountered. I was traveling from Winter Garden Fl to Hickory NC and just before Brunswick Ga my maintenance oil/filter warning came on. I called and talked to Roy and he told me what exit to get off of from I-95. Roy said they could get my car in and out in 30 minutes. He informed the service technician that I was about 15 minutes away so they were ready for me. I appreciate all that Roy and service tech did. I didn’t want to drive another 5 hours and damaged my car. I was trying to get to my brothers house in Hickory NC before it got to dark. So I thank Greenway Nissan for getting me there . When I left home Saturday I didn’t realize I was getting close to time to my oil change. My brother who lives in Hickory NC has terminal cancer and my visit with Roy and Greenway dealership helped eased my mind that I would make my trip with no more problems. I really appreciate Roy and his help. More
Outrageous price for a replacement battery for a 2022 Frontier. Batteries are already to expensive. This was well over twice what a normal battery costs. I went in to look at a car with my son. We found a nice 2024 Nissan Altima with 10k miles on it at a good price. Also to find out the car horn did not work and was missing the hood prop arm. defiantly oversite on my part not to look more in detail. Also, while calling to get the warranty got hung up several times and hard to get ahold of a Service Manager. Not pleased with the overall customer care and at this time would not recommend this dealer to anyone. Still trying to get through with someone to help. More
