Just bought our 4th vehicle from Greenway Mazda, we wouldn't go anywhere else. Consistently good service in the 10+ years we've been doing business with them. I would love say that my entire experience has been positive but it unfortunately has not been. The only positive experience I have had is my awesome sales guy Aazan who tried really hard to make sure positive but it unfortunately has not been. The only positive experience I have had is my awesome sales guy Aazan who tried really hard to make sure I was getting what I deserved, but unfortunately it was the back staff who wrong me. I purchased originally a certified pre owned 2023 cx 30 carbon edition with a little over 3k miles on it on 5/30/2024. When I test drove the AC didn’t work but I liked the car so much they were willing to fix it. After checking it I was told it was ready the next day I started to drive home and I was maybe 15 minutes into my drive air full blast and I was sweating in the car so I called and was told to bring it back. I hung around the dealership in service for maybe 2 hours before being told that there was a valve that needed replaced the and it was ordered and would be here and ready the following day Saturday. Saturday rolls around and I called in the morning and gave them info and I was told it wouldn’t be ready until Monday. Eventually it was a miscommunication that the other service person got me confused with someone else and it was good to go. The Sunday after picking it up I got an error of “in network error” I researched and found it to be a fuse issue that is fairly common even though service said it just needed an update. Then I had an issue with the front and back sensor, the automatic lights and windshield sensors. The car was literally acting possessed. Windshield wipers going like crazy and headlights wouldn’t turn on so I had to drive home at night in the dark without lights and fortunately I didn’t get stopped or a ticket for it. I went to the dealership 6/13 and demanded either a new car for the same price, same car used similar mileage same price, or cancel sale altogether and someone else gets my business. They put me in a 2024 version and I was told my entire previous car would be paid off and I was set to go. Come to find out later on that they only paid off the “trade amount” and the negative equity was financed into my next purchase and my $5,000 down payment no where to be seen. Moral of the story. These guys are scammers and are not afraid to do what they want. They took advantage of me and I am extremely disappointed in management and the finance manager. I have tried to email and text them and the most I got was “I will get back to you Monday when I am not busy” I would much rather take my business elsewhere where I will not be scammed out of a car. More
