Mr. Martinez, Thank you for your response and I need to update my review with the following. The documents that were missing were emailed to me in less than 24h after I addressed the issue. They truly reflect our negotiation process and the price I signed. However, I emailed to you and other responsible parties my written statement with annotated PDFs of the signed consent and its draft, and my concerns regarding the transparency in the negotiation process with your employee, Kyle James. Briefly, Kyle was not transparent during our communication with him, starting from the first phone call and throughout our communication in person. Obviously, Kyle did not communicate my negotiation requests with his manager, Mr. Ari Imanraharja, while claiming that he did. My latter claim is stemming from the observable confusion of Mr. Imanraharja and his unawareness of my negotiated price. But thanks to Mr. Mendez keeping the drafts of our handwritten negotiation process and after sending them to me, I explained the negotiation process with Kyle, starting with a promised discounted price during our phone conversation (asking you to check the recorded call). Also, I addressed the lack of easy-to-read written explanations of each fee in the itemized price of the initial offer, and whether they are legally required or can be declined by a customer. This may be the same practice used in all dealerships, but it open doors for the manipulation and misunderstanding, both experienced in my case. Assuming the high level of standards you claim the company to hold, I would expect to have such clear explanations to ensure transparent and outstanding customer experience and ensure prevention of manipulations by each party (salesperson and customer). This approach will significantly differ your company as the most transparent and trusted one, rather than keeping in a "yet-another-dealership-to-deal-with-care" category.
