Service logic must be on control of the people working in the Service Center with minimum action of the customer. I went to Part Department to ask if the part was available then come back to the Service Depa the Service Center with minimum action of the customer. I went to Part Department to ask if the part was available then come back to the Service Department instead of these two entities talk each other and just provide a solution to the customer: "The part(s) your vehicle is(are) requiring for the service is(are) not available in our Part Department, if you want it(them) the arriving day will be MMDDYYYY" or "The part(s) your vehicle is(are) requiring for the service is(are) available in our Part Department, if you want it(them) then your vehicle will be ready in ZZ hours". I did not have experience with Mr. Gillani, therefore can not provide any feedback. My purchase experience while went almost smooth at the beginning, was extremely fradulent at the end Gillani, therefore can not provide any feedback. It contained much higher sale price I did not consent to. When requested the original of the document with negotiated price and my signature, the manager was not able to present it. In the system they had only a consent paper with the higher price, but without my signature. Apparently, there is a document fraud and financial fraud situations at the same time. The manager promised to investigate the issue within 24h and get back. The sales person, Kyle James handled the process from the beginning, therefore avoid him at all cost. Also, I am frustrated that the finance manager started the process without my signed consent document. More
