The dealership is truly sorry for any confusion the coupon may have caused as it clearly had the expiration date printed on the coupon the customer received. The coupon should have stated “FREE oil changes for a year”. Greenway Mazda values our customers very much and had truly hoped that by giving the customer free oil changes for the first year of ownership would have been seen as a positive and not a negative. Greenway Mazda has every intention of honoring the free oil changes through the expiration date clearly printed on the coupon which is part of a welcome package our customers receive after the purchase, for FREE. Greenway Mazda hopes the customer enjoys many years of great satisfaction with their new Mazda as Mazda has been ranked number “2” in Overall Quality by Consumer Advocacy groups!

We apologize for any confusion as there were several areas of missed communication. We do not 'jack up' the rate as you think. Many times the car manufacturers offer incentivized rates on Certified Pre-Owned vehicles. This was a 2014 vehicle with no incentived rate like you received on your new car purchase. Manufacturers are able to do this on new vehicles as they control the incentivized rates just like they do rebates and other discounts. This is not the case on pre-owned vehicles which we own. Finance rates on 2014 models range to over 6% according to www.bankrate.com. On vehicles of that age, 5% is a fair rate, not even based on credit scores. We apologize that the lever was not tightened. It was a very minor adjustment which has been corrected. That should have been addressed through the certification process, which we take very seriously, and certainly covered under the 100,000 mile warranty. One area that we pride ourselves on is not being pushy. We don't want our people to be 'salesmen' and jabber while on a test drive. We want you to be able to enjoy the drive while our sales people are there to answer any questions you may have. Today's buyers are much more informed than in the past and most prefer to test drive the vehicle and determine if this is the vehicle for them. You sales associate is a great person in the way the he takes care of his customers. Our customers who don't like to be chatted up the whole time they are driving the vehicle love his ways.
