I would have given them -5 if I could. OMG! Please beware. I had leased an SUV from this dealership. Yesterday, I went to purchase the car as I was approaching the end of the lease. I had driven the c beware. I had leased an SUV from this dealership. Yesterday, I went to purchase the car as I was approaching the end of the lease. I had driven the car very little and it was almost like new. My contract clearly read "you have an option to purchase the vehicle at the end of the lease term for $16,964.10". The lease contract also indicated an administrative fee of $50. What they tried to pull was unreal. They wanted to charge me the following: about $19,000 for the car, $990 for an inspection, $1700 in taxes (that were already paid at the beginning of the lease), $1500 for a "certification". They refused to honor the residual value of the car indicated clearly in the lease agreement. I called the financing institution (Chase Auto) which informed me that these were all unnecessary charges. The value of the car was the amount indicated in the lease agreement, an inspection and certification were not necessary and taxes were their invention. When I requested a copy of the itemized charges, they refused (of course). I paid the lease off directly with Chase this morning. The full amount today was what it stated in the contract (my total was $17,014.10). NO OTHER CHARGES. All of those fees were bogus. You draw your own conclusions before you go to this place. I also suspect many of their reviews are fake. More

The Houston Market is so hard to buy a car in and to actually find a salesman and dealer to where you are just not another notch on thier belt. Nobody had the car I was looking for or they were charging way over MSRP because of inventory issues I guess. I called Greenway and ended up talking to Mike Grainger. A very unpleasant appointment today. After 8 years taking my SUV to get service done at Mazda Greenway today was a total chaos. Mazda greenway sends discount coupons by email and when I arrive at the dealer it is always a problem to use them and apply the discounts correctly and that is when the appointment that should be quick and pleasant turns into a battle leaving a very bitter taste in my mouth . This time doing a simple engine and brake oil change took too long. My car entered at 12:40 pm and finished at 5pm. When I got to pick it up the manager was just calculating the discounts which he did wrong and I was already tired of claiming, so I let them charge me whatever they wanted I just wanted to leave that place. Nobody ever explained anything to me about what they did or what they recommended for me and why. I also ordered the state inspection and they did not give me a copy or tell me if I passed it or not. I went home and in the middle of the road the light of the air pressure of the tires came on and I had to take the car to have the air in the tires measured, something that when doing the rotation they had to verify. Horrible service after 8 years of doing maintenance there and leaving them a lot of money I will never go back again. More
Stay away from this place. We sold my wife’s car to them on October 23rd. Took over 3 weeks before we got our payout. Texted the sales manager last week asking about an update and never got a response. My wife finally got ahold of someone this morning. I’ve walked into that building 4 times and today was the first time I was actually greeted by someone. I asked the person who handed me our check for the email address of the general manager so I could let him know about our experience. She came back with a card for someone who was not the GM. They should have done a much better job explaining the process and communicating with us. Shady, dishonest and poor customer service. More
Awful. I had to call up there over 10 times, couldnt leave a voicemail because the voicemail box was full, they made me fill out an application and never responded , had to tell 3 different people my si leave a voicemail because the voicemail box was full, they made me fill out an application and never responded , had to tell 3 different people my situation, I've had cash sitting in my hand asking what my options are and still couldn't get a simple person to follow through with help.
