I went in wanting an estimate on key fod and found out that i had a more pressing issue with serpentine belt. I loved the way they do their multi-point inspection by sending a link with a video explaining step by step and identifying any problems with your vehicle. Chris explained how to utilize service & parts “coupons”/ spend and save from greenwaymazda.com towards my balance. Another option was to go with their flexible payment plans / pay over time . I was also informed about Mazda pre-paid maintenance contract and much more. Overall I’m satisfied with the service I received. More
