Anybody considering buying a car here should READ this immediately!!!! This place is all bad business. I traded in my 2010 Acura TL for them to give me 500 dollars (471) so I did not even get the full 50 immediately!!!! This place is all bad business. I traded in my 2010 Acura TL for them to give me 500 dollars (471) so I did not even get the full 500. I was going to buy a 2023 Toyota Camry SE with 3,400 miles on it. They tried to sell me a warranty of course but I was going to go with the one my bank offered me instead. I’ve had my 2010 since 64k miles and it now sits at 172k. I’ve done all the work to that car. But according to my salesman, Adel, my car was about to break down and it would be towed off so I was told 500 for my trade in. Although it got me to Houston that day. Salesman will tell you anything they think you will fall for and trust me when I say, I knew he was lying. It was my first time at a dealership. I realized they did not give me the full 500 once I got back into town and went over my paperwork at my credit union. I drove 1 1/2 hours to get the new car. I also made it clear many times that it was hard to even make the trip due to my father having Parkinson’s and taking care of him mostly full time. I left the dealership with the new car and still needed to sign at my credit union so the deal was not final. Their finance guy, Steve Mendez, said I had to come back in and resign paperwork since I decided not to go with their warranty. Completely understandable. My loan came out to way more than my bank even offered me so I’m not sure what kind of fees were thrown in but I went with my gut and returned the Camry. At this point they weren’t answering on Monday, when I bought the car on Friday and we still needed to seal this deal and Steve didn’t want to answer mine or my loan officers calls on Monday so I’m driving around in a new car that isn’t financed at this point with no insurance that I know of on it because I had not spoke to my insurance yet. Also they turned around and listed my Acura for 7800 dollars. I had my cousin shopping on their website and she saw my car relisted and after that I was done. So I return the car and get mine back. My car was smoked in, had a beer drank in and they even went as far as ashing in my center cup holders. (I do have pictures) So someone was drinking on the job. My car had a cigarette burn on the roof, a Heineken beer cap, and a whataburger receipt. I detailed this car before I traded it in. 12 miles was put on my car. Now I understand the car wasn’t considered mine anymore but the deal was not sealed and they only decreased the value of my car more. They did not care about giving me my 4K refund or the title to my 2010 Acura back. Steve Mendez told me I would have to wait 30 to 40 more minutes for my refund when he already made me wait that long to give me my keys to my Acura back and didn’t offer me my refund. I had to tell them to give it back to me. So my mother politely told another worker that we needed my refund and we refused to wait any longer. They did not give me back my car title and said they would mail it. I’ve never drove a brand new car in my life and if I did it would not be from this dealership if they were to offer me a free car. This was 2 weeks ago. A man, Brandon Wilson, called me today I’m guessing the GM asking me if there was anything they could do to regain my business and trust. I told him I wasn’t sure and he asked what they gave me on my trade in and I told him 471 dollars and he said he would speak to his manager (famous car salesman line) and give me a call back from which I never heard back. I will save anyone from these crooked people. I would never give someone over 20 grand (closer to 30) for a vehicle when they are nothing but bad business and horrible people. 0 stars. Never trust a man who shakes your hand sitting down! More
