Buyers beware this dealership likes to scam people out of money! Our contract shows we paid $3,500 for extended warranty only for it not to be submitted properly.. we’ve tried for weeks to get ahold of our s money! Our contract shows we paid $3,500 for extended warranty only for it not to be submitted properly.. we’ve tried for weeks to get ahold of our sales rep Vincent and the finance guy Steven only to keep getting the run around. We finally got someone in the service department to tell us what company is used for Gap & Extended Warranty. Assurant informed us they have no record that our warranty was ever submitted YET WE WERE CHARGED FOR IT SO SOMEONE POCKETED THAT MONEY! we still can’t get anyone to call us back. We’ve tried speaking with the general manager who says to speak with our sales rep or finance guy but they’re always conveniently with a customer or out of the office. I’d stay far away from this dealership if I were you. We bought the truck in august and it’s been nothing but problems! More

The worst customer service I've ever seen. The GM/ SM has the worst manners possible. He said, I don't care if you buy a car or not. I asked to speak to the GM. HE said he was all of the above The GM/ SM has the worst manners possible. He said, I don't care if you buy a car or not. I asked to speak to the GM. HE said he was all of the above. The sales person said, I was approved that night, but I couldn't make it till the morning. The GM has someone else in financing for the same car which I had already been Approved for, and sold it to them. I'm going to Corporate and whoever else to let them know what terrible service they have here. More

Here is why; purchased a pre owned 2015 Jeep Wrangler on 8/29/23 and have been back to the dealer 4x for service. Not to mention the check engine light came on 4 days after the purchase. But today was the last straw! While driving the vehicle it started to shake on the highway, when I say shake I mean like an uncontrollable shake almost as it the car was having a seizure. We exited and dropped the speed to 25/30 so that we can control it. We proceeded on and it happened yet again, at this point I had become over it. So we took the street way all the way Greenway. While driving to the dealership it happened several more times. I get to the dealership, jump out and hand the keys to the Sales manager, I refuse to leave with this car I feel totally unsafe at this point. That’s not even the icing on the horrible cake, he hand the keys to service and guess what?? They can’t even start the car. The service team had to PUSH the car to the service area. So again, learn from this and keep shopping around, don’t think about Greenway at all! You will truly regret it More
