I did not love the experience with other staff here, I felt like a number and not a customer. Even felt like one individual didn't want to sell me a car! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER! !!! I made the unfortunate decision to purchase a pre-owned Volvo from this dealership, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I !!! I made the unfortunate decision to purchase a pre-owned Volvo from this dealership, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Initially, they seemed helpful, repairing the sunroof and providing a one-year warranty. However, after the sunroof repair, a critical sunroof drains hose was pitched and came apart on the elbows drain, this leading to water seeping into the vehicle's cabin and causing extensive damage to the electronic modules. Now, my car is completely non-functional. My attempts to resolve this issue with the dealership have been met with extreme frustration. They are unresponsive, failing to return phone calls and even hanging up on me. To make matters worse, their excuse is blaming Volvo's design for the twisted pipe. This is unacceptable, as the car had been trouble-free for the seven years, stayed in the dealer for more than 3 months, and we had the car for from April to May before send it to repair sunroof (total 2.5 inches very heavy rain happened), during all these time, the car is totally fine. After they repair, two times rain, car was dead. Now they want me trade in this car like this. Imagine this, they sold us a water damage car, instead of responsible for this, they want to make money from us once more. This is completely unacceptable. More
