They are going to lie about the actual price. If you ever give your car to service they are going to keep it for weeks and does not provide you a ride. DO NOT BUY A USED CAR FROM HERE! Approximately 58 days ago, I bought a car from this place. When I initially looked at the car, the check engine light was on, which I should have lef Approximately 58 days ago, I bought a car from this place. When I initially looked at the car, the check engine light was on, which I should have left the car alone at that point. However, I was reassured the problem would be taken care of, they lied to me and told me it was just the battery. I was reassured the problem would be fixed, and they gave me a car to drive in the meantime, which stops on me in the middle of the road and I was at risk of losing my life. They basically told me that this could happen to any car I get in and basically they could not assure me safety in a vehicle they put me in, SECOND RED FLAG. Fast forward, I purchased my car, which they let me know that I had a warranty on the check engine light because that was something they fixed, which was a LIE. 14 days later, the check engine light comes on AGAIN, and I take it back to the dealership, and it goes through service, which mysteriously the problem is now the water pump, which is $800 dollars to fix and I am now responsible for paying this. They were kind enough to lower the price to $200 dollars, which I was grateful for; however, I only had the car 14 days at this moment and I thought I had a warranty on the check engine light, which clearly that was a lie as well. Fast forward, on November 1st, I call the sales manager and let him know my check engine light is now back on. My calls were ignored, no one ever reached back out to me until the 14th. The sales manager tells me to take the car to AutoZone, and see what they say. I immediately take the car to AutoZone, send the sales manager a picture of what it says, and I receive no feedback. After calling for about a week and a half, and receiving no call back as promised, I decide to go to the dealership, and speak to someone myself. I was told the car would be looked at in an hour or 2, so I decided to wait. I dropped my car off at 11. After waiting for 5 hours, I finally get an answer, and I have a blown head gasket, which is close to $2000 to fix, and they basically told me cash or card. They don’t take accountability, they will sell you a functional lemon car, and have no remorse for doing so. I thought I was going to a trusted dealership by going here, but it was all a lie. Their customer service is TERRIBLE. It was great when they wanted my money, but when the problems started to occur, no one was willing to help me. I am a student, who used the last of her savings to basically buy a functional lemon car, thinking I was making a great decision by going here. Throughout this whole process, I have asked for the service records, which I have still yet to receive. For anyone reading this, I hope you take my advice and DO NOT buy a car from here More

Catastrophically the worst car buying nightmare imaginable. The amount of disrespect I've received at Greenway Mazda has left me at loss for words. There is no loyalty to the Mazda brand or an ounc imaginable. The amount of disrespect I've received at Greenway Mazda has left me at loss for words. There is no loyalty to the Mazda brand or an ounce of decent customer service if you are a female first-time buyer. They believe buying used cars from their licensed dealership is the same as buying a used car on Facebook Marketplace verbatim. Absolutely no loyalty to the brand! They will take advantage of you if you are a female and can't fend for yourself so, beware. I purchased a used Mazda6 on September 25th. I haven't had a vehicle since November 14th after my Mazda6 gave out twice, once while driving on the interstate and the second at the actual dealer, the SEVENTH week of owning the car. This was after my third visit to the dealer because I was already experiencing issues since October 4th. Before inspecting my car, the dealership jumped at the opportunity to sell me a new car at a 61% increase monthly payment because my credit score was lower and I had just financed the Mazda6. They've attempted to sell me a new car three times already after I've told them I will not spend another dollar at Greenway Mazda given the fact they potentially damaged my vehicle during my last service and have made zero attempts to resolve the issue or show the due respect to the situation. Vincent Nwaze and Jose Martinez have treated me as a joke and given me the run around for weeks as I am carless and still paying for the vehicle I'm not even driving. Greenway Mazda never sent me an electronic or hardcopy of any contractual documents, never sent me a verification video of the service done to my car post the overfilling of my oil, expect me to drive away with this vehicle as if nothing happened, and has enlongated the process of resolving the issue. Jose Martinez even used this as an opportunity to lecture me about "vehicle depreciation" and "negative equity" AFTER the fact that they themselves ADMITTED to potentially damaging my vehicle. Absolutely atrocious. They will promise a loaner vehicle, toy around with your time during the Holidays, and never give it to you in the attempt to frustrated you enough to eventually make you give up. I have shared with all of my friends and family the cancer this dealership is to the auto sales industry. Like many of you, I believe there are decent dealers out there that value your business. Greenway Mazda is not one of them. They are currently under investigation with Mazda North American Operations. As of today, three weeks later, I am still carless and paying for the vehicle they potentially damaged. No attempt from Greenway Mazda, Rahim Gillani, Vincent Nwaze, and Jose Martinez has been made as of today to resolve the case or come to terms. More
