I would avoid this dealer at all costs and go to another Mazda dealership. If you’re giving them your money, the service is alright. Still not great because they don’t try to hide that’s all they care about Mazda dealership. If you’re giving them your money, the service is alright. Trying to get a response from ANYONE about an issue that I was told was being taken care of and signed paperwork for almost 2 months ago is completely impossible. I’ve called every day multiple times, left my name & number with no call backs, sent multiple emails (including the general manger) and never received anything. This has been going on for weeks. At this point it seems as if they’re trying to scam me out of over $5k More
