My salesman, Octavio Lopez, was very good to work with, as was the finance manager, however, when I arrived to view and drive the car, it was very dirty, had an empty plastic water bottle in the center con as was the finance manager, however, when I arrived to view and drive the car, it was very dirty, had an empty plastic water bottle in the center console compartment (garbage), and one of the wheels was damaged. I had made an appointment to see the car 1 week earlier, and It was clearly not ready to be seen by a customer. These problems were taken care of quickly. When we began discussing the sale price, I was presented with a figure well above the advertised price on the website. They quickly dropped the price and I bought the vehicle. I was pleased that they filled the car with gas before i left. In the end, I was happy with the results, but the interaction did not start well, and Greenway would have been very happy had I simply accepted the inflated price I was given at first. This struck me as borderline unethical. More
