Overall this is bad business and unfortunately 90% of dealerships are doing it. My wife started the process over the phone at greenway Kia in shoals. We didn’t have high expectations because of previous experiences. She ended up talking with Chris Moore and he was great. Let’s just say we live 3 hours away and out of state and we purchased the vehicle in a matter of 48 hours. Chris even stayed late to show us the options on the vehicle even when they where closed. We live in the nashville area and there are thousands of dealerships here. Instead of my local Kia dealership 5 minutes up the road, I would make the 3 hour trip in a heartbeat because of the service and transparency they have. If you don’t at least check them out you are making a huge mistake! More
