Very satisfied I brought my car in to be serviced and to have the steering wheel checked. The service crew was knowledgeable about the problem and got it fixed along I brought my car in to be serviced and to have the steering wheel checked. The service crew was knowledgeable about the problem and got it fixed along with the usual oil change and tire rotation. They also fixed the front end alignment. They always go over the paperwork and vehicle inspection that was completed and answer any questions I have. They also make recommendations for next service visits. The service department is friendly, helpful and they keep me updated throughout my visit on my car’s process. More

I am always greeted by name whenever I bring my car in for service and it's not just from seeing my name on the appointment schedule. They actually take the time to remember you as a person not just a customer. Jarvis is the reason we are still driving a KIA. After a few bad service experiences we traded our first KIA in at another dealership. When we decided to trade that car in we stopped in to see what KIA had at the time. We were reluctant to come back because of the previous bad service we had received from the service department on several different occasions. After being told the service department had a new manager (Jarvis) we decided to take a chance and purchase a KIA again. Jarvis introduced himself to us and assured us that we would not regret coming back to KIA. From that day our family has purchased 1 used and 3 new cars and have not had any regrets! Honestly had it not have been for Jarvis we probably either would not have came back to KIA or we would have drove to a different KIA dealer for any service needed. I highly recommend this location especially the service department to everyone looking to buy a car. More
