Small Town Good Service Came in with 1 confirmed issue and 1 potential. The confirmed issue was a sunroof issue with 2016 Sorento still under warranty / CPO, that had developed on a road trip from out west back to Alabama. At the dealer, we were initially unable to reproduce the problem after 2-3 dozen attempts with the sunroof, so we conjectured that it may have cleared itself up (might have been some road grit or the like that temporarily caused an issue). However, before I left, I was able to see it start to happen (a slow slowing of the sunroof closure, eventually leading to a backing up / reversal / inability to close the sunroof at all). Once they saw that, their crew was on it and found a corresponding TSB. They ordered parts, I returned when they were ready, and they quickly resolved the problem. Their texting before/during/after is pretty effective. More
