After some of my experiences under the University name, if Jarvis wasn’t there, I would have been going somewhere else to have my car worked on non warrantied repairs. He always keeps me informed and never seems bothered by my nagging! Lol! Glad to see the changes being made over the entire dealership. More

Less hassle of new car purchasing After my wife and I entertained the idea of trading in our 2015 Kia Soul for a new one we made an appointment with a sales representative Wayne. He sh After my wife and I entertained the idea of trading in our 2015 Kia Soul for a new one we made an appointment with a sales representative Wayne. He showed us what we wanted to see ,answered our questions and we sat down to discuss the bottom line and if it would work for us. I had a limit I was willing to pay monthly. The vehicle price was fine, but some negotiations were necessary related to trade in allowance and interest rates. Wayne had Pete manipulate the numbers so a compromise could be agreed upon. Then comes in Caylen for the financial contracting of the deal. After some hard decision making an additional warranty plan was purchased. I watched the clock and the total elapsed time was 3.5 hours including a pre flight orientation of the phone link and electronic options. The vehicle was filled with fuel and washed up before we egressed the dealership. Given the amount of paperwork involved the purchasing probably went about as fast as possible. Overall we were very pleased with this normally painful experience. Great job to Greenways sales staff. A note of disappointment for the service department. Our 2015 Kia Soul was in the service department which is the reason we had considered the trade in. The problem it had was not covered by the warranty which was not surprising, what was surprising and quite disappointing was the fact that the parts to repair the car were marked up 29 percent over what I could buy them for from a oem Kia parts dealer , that’s real bonified Kia marked on the bag parts. I was told this by a service department representative, and that they could not give me a better price for said parts which is bull s#*t! That being said , you can pay for the extra warranty now or get shafted later when you have car repaired for something not covered by the factory warranty. More
