Poor After Purchase Treatment My son bought a Dodge Ram truck from this dealership and was for the most part treated good by the salesman. However, I think because he was young the My son bought a Dodge Ram truck from this dealership and was for the most part treated good by the salesman. However, I think because he was young the service department did not respect him and they did a "POOR" job of repairing some things that the salesman agreed would be fixed. He had to drive two hours to the dealer twice and go through lots of complaining before he got anything close to satisfaction. He showed me the job they did when installing a radio and it looked like a job that a teenager might do on his car - sloppy work that was done in a hurry. Also, he had to wait for several hours on each trip and he would find that very little had been done after those hours. The salesman did agree to fill his tank after one service visit. Bottom line, if I had been treated like that I would have taken the truck back within the three days and never set foot on that lot again and of course I would spread the word. More

Slacking I have dealt with Jarvis for almost 5 years now and he's the best! Jarvis wasn't there this past visit, but I was pleased with the service Travis prov I have dealt with Jarvis for almost 5 years now and he's the best! Jarvis wasn't there this past visit, but I was pleased with the service Travis provided. He was courteous and professional. The are no longer snacks or other options for sugar in the waiting area. Those amenities were REALLY nice! Why go backwards and take things away? More
