trouble with payments We traded on 9/20. We were told our first payment was not due until November. not even two weeks later I was checking my bank statement and noticed th We traded on 9/20. We were told our first payment was not due until November. not even two weeks later I was checking my bank statement and noticed they had taken out another payment on my old loan that was supposed to have been paid off. Also ,we get the payment coupon in the mail saying our first payment is due 2 weeks earlier than we planned. I have been on the phone all morning trying to get this resolved. I keep getting the run around. This really upsets me!! I have a budget and other bill's I have to pay. Now this has caused me to be overdrawn and before the month is gone I will be behind on my other bill's and probably have overage charges and re-connect fees and overdrawn again. This may not seem like a big deal to some but it is to us. If we were rich we would not need a payment plan in the first place! Not very happy with Kia of the Shoals right now! I think I am going to share this on my Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and LinkedIn accounts so others will know that if a mistake is made such as this you are just stuck with it regardless of what you were told ! Will not be getting any more of my business for sure! As you can see I have gotten an ugly response once again. I most certainly did not try to get money out of Kia of the shoals! I simply wanted my payments to be when they wanted me to. As far as the payment on my old vehicle goes. I was there on the 20th when I made the purchase. 2014 Kia Optima Engine replacement My engine was covered under a recall. I called Kia on Monday September 23, they had a tow truck there thag very day to take to the nearest Kia delears My engine was covered under a recall. I called Kia on Monday September 23, they had a tow truck there thag very day to take to the nearest Kia delearship service center. I received communication from Jarvis in the follow days about getting Kia to cover this engine for us. He worked diligently to make sure we were in the loop and taken care of. I picked up my Car that following Saturday, Sept 28. Travis was there at the service center and provided us with great customer service. The car was detailed and clean on the outside. I was very pleased that my vehicle was taken care of under this recall and in such a timely manner. We didn’t even need to use the Rental car service that Jarvis provided to us. My only complaint is after pickup, my husband and I drove 10 minutes down the road to Cracker Barrell to eat. When I turned the vehicle off, it lost all power from the battery to the engine. Luckily my husband was with me and is an ATV mechanic and familiar with connections and knew how to fix it. He said the connections were loose from the battery and he would need to make adjustments on them to make sure they stayed connected and brought power form battery to engine. This was a 30 minute process that we stood and took care of in the 100 degree heat. I am pregnant and was hungry so this was a little uncomfortable. But overall the fix has been good. The vehicle is still running. I asked Travis if there was an additional warranty for just the engine that was replaced. He let us know that it would be the rest of the remaining Warranty on the vehicle. Which is over I believe as I am at 120,000 miles. It would be nice to see Kia do warranty’s on replacement parts. For consumer peace of mind, considering the vehicle was sold with a faulty engine in the first place. Overall, we are Pleased. I hope someone will read this review and take our opinions into consideration. More

Then they worked with me to insure I got the vehicle I wanted (Telluride) even going as far as to point out where the door panel had been slightly damaged while installing window tint (I'm not sure I would even have noticed) and guaranteeing me they would replace the door panel. They will even drive over and pick up the vehicle, drive it back to the shop to do the repair and return it to me. Rebecca (sales person) and Pete (sales manager) were great about answering all my questions. More
