Told Jarvis there was a little miss while it was running and he located a lose battery terminal that was broken by an O'Riley's employee that had put a new battery in for me several months back... we had tried to tighten with a screw and I guess that wasn't the answer....however it was causing the problems and Jarvis put a piece over that and it corrected my "little missing"....amazing find! He's the best! More

Good but too slow Prices listed on web site were not honored at the dealership. Service was extremely slow. It took three hours to process paperwork. Jarvis and his entire crew go thru all my options Every time I go to the service department at Greenway Kia in the Shoals, it is like visiting family. Jarvis and his entire crew go thru all my options, the prices, and the steps it will take to fix my car accurately. They keep me updated while I am waiting and if issues arise, they come to me and discuss it. I have never had to wait long periods of time, for anything I have done. I will continue to drive a Kia, just because of the way I am treated and the professional and friendly team in the service department.
