When I called for a service appointment, I was able to be scheduled the next day. I waited a short time for the scheduled maintenance, and the service advisor took care of my special request to reprogram som scheduled the next day. Had a high pressure fuel pump go out on my 2019 soul. Was told that enterprise didn’t have any rentals for me to use. After calling enterprise myself was told they did have rentals just not for Kia because t told that enterprise didn’t have any rentals for me to use. After calling enterprise myself was told they did have rentals just not for Kia because they owed a lot of money to enterprise. I was very inconvenienced for a week and 1 day. I didn’t appreciate them not being truthful with me and feel like they should have offered me something in exchange beings they didn’t provide a rental. This is the second new car we bought from Kia and have never had to pay a late fee or missed a payment. I have always spoke highly of the car and dealership but this certainly puts a different light on how I would refer my family and friends. Had never had to use the service department other than a oil change and that was always a good experience but this incident has changed my opinion More

I purchased my truck a month ago and have not had a good experience with sales or service....we live 2 and half hours away so to bring the truck back because it started having issues the day after we brough experience with sales or service....we live 2 and half hours away so to bring the truck back because it started having issues the day after we brought the truck home was not convenient.. I Called the salesman with our issue he didn't seem concerned at all he justpassed me on to the used car Mgr who had us bring the truck to the service department....I drove 2 hours for a service appointment one week ago and no one called me to update me about my truck...I finally called today because obviously no one was gonna call me.....the service advisor stated he needed to talk with service Mgr because there were no notes in the system about my truck....5 hours later and still no update...this buying and service experience has been terrible! More
