I have been to the KIA Rivergate Dealership for service on my new car twice now (oil change and tire rotation) and I can not express enough what a superb job Robert Sharp and his team have done. They care on my new car twice now (oil change and tire rotation) and I can not express enough what a superb job Robert Sharp and his team have done. They care about what they are doing and the people they are serving and they take great pride in what they do. The service I received is outstanding and the timeline he gave as to the completion of the work was right on target! I won't ever take my 2011 KIA Forte any where else to be serviced for any reason. Robert Sharp has an outstanding personality and makes you feel that you are a real person and not just another car coming in for service. Thank you Robert for all that you do!!! More
Bought a Q-certified 2005 Mercury on Aug 13. Its headlights died Sept 3. I brought it in, and was told it needed a new lighting Module that I'd have to pay $500 for. On 9/8 I called Mr. Avery and sa headlights died Sept 3. I brought it in, and was told it needed a new lighting Module that I'd have to pay $500 for. On 9/8 I called Mr. Avery and said I expected working headlights, planned to wirte the Chamber of Commerce about my experience with him, and invited him to provide a functioning part at no cost. He said he needed to talk to his boss. I called back on 9/10, and he had no word. At close of business 9/12, still no word. I bought this "$500" part, with a lifetime warranty, priority shipping included, for $190. Avery's business card reads "I can help!!!" I guess he uses a dictionary I don't. More
We are very satisfied. We were in the Madison,TN area & stopped in the KIA dealership to have our first 3,000 mile checkup & oil change. Robert diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately,a faulty senser. Also an oil change was needed at this time. The waiting time estimate was correct and the bill was accurate. I bought a used 08 Amani from an individual. The Amanti is still under factory warranty, so I took it to Rivergate to meet the service manager and have an oil change performed. They treated me like I had is still under factory warranty, so I took it to Rivergate to meet the service manager and have an oil change performed. They treated me like I had purchased a new vehicle from their dealership. I have been back for some warranty work and they have continued to extend to me excellent customer service. Unfortunately we weren't able to purchase my black 2007 Optima LX from Carnival Kia of Rivergate, but we have been fortunate enough to have it serviced there!! From the day we got it, they are they only on Optima LX from Carnival Kia of Rivergate, but we have been fortunate enough to have it serviced there!! From the day we got it, they are they only ones that have serviced it. We take it in for all oil changes and warranty services. They have always been courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. We will always take our Kia to be serviced at their Dealership....it's all about trust. I know they will treat my car like it belongs to them. People ask me all the time if I like my Kia....I tell them I LOVE my Kia. They should go to Carnival Kia and test drive one, they'll see what I'm talking about. :-) More
