We are very satisfied. We were in the Madison,TN area & stopped in the KIA dealership to have our first 3,000 mile checkup & oil change. Robert diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately,a faulty senser. Also an oil change was needed at this time. The waiting time estimate was correct and the bill was accurate. I bought a used 08 Amani from an individual. The Amanti is still under factory warranty, so I took it to Rivergate to meet the service manager and have an oil change performed. They treated me like I had is still under factory warranty, so I took it to Rivergate to meet the service manager and have an oil change performed. Unfortunately we weren't able to purchase my black 2007 Optima LX from Carnival Kia of Rivergate, but we have been fortunate enough to have it serviced there!! From the day we got it, they are they only on Optima LX from Carnival Kia of Rivergate, but we have been fortunate enough to have it serviced there!! From the day we got it, they are they only ones that have serviced it. We take it in for all oil changes and warranty services. They have always been courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. We will always take our Kia to be serviced at their Dealership....it's all about trust. I know they will treat my car like it belongs to them. People ask me all the time if I like my Kia....I tell them I LOVE my Kia. They should go to Carnival Kia and test drive one, they'll see what I'm talking about. :-) More
The personality of these guys were great. Robert pointed out everything I needed done to my vehicle and categorize its order of importance. I felt like he was concern about my pockets for the bill was going to be quite hefty by the time I tend to all the services my car needs. The camshaft sensor was replaced and my car is starting up beautifully. Tom pointed out that my coolant was very low but didn't see a leak. He topped it off for me and offered to keep an eye on it in case there is a bigger problem. I bought my car at Gary Mathews in Clarksville and was disrespected after the sale was complete. I call Shawn that was at the Rivergate location and talked to him about taking care of my car. When I came in I met Rob. This was over a year ago and I no longer take my care to any other place. I drive 64 miles one way to go to Carnival Kia of Rivergate. They treat me with the up most respect and treat me like family. I had to get my 30,000 mile work up done and they had a car rented waiting on me because I had appointments that day I couldn't cancel. They are truly amazing and Ive told everyone I know here in Dickson TN about them. They are truly a great team and after Shawn left and went to Franklin I was worried but Rob still takes exceptional care of me and my car. More
I have a tight schedule and find it difficult to make appointments. It never fails that any of the Kia dealers I go to manage to fit me in and always let me know what to expect from my next visit.
