Everyone I dealt with was extremely helpful. Kimberly at the service desk was very nice and very helpful, a real credit to the entire staff. I came in believing that the shifter cable on my 2006 Optima had broken and figured I was l looking at at least a $200 repair. It turned out that the bolt had come loose and was lost. He replaced the bolt. I was ready to go in no time and the repair only cost me $60. I was pleasantly surprised to find such an honest and friendly mechanic. He even gave me an estimate on another, less pressing repair, that I need to have taken care of. Unfortunately, I live out of town or I would make it a practice to come to the Universal Kia dealership for service for every bit of maintenance my car needs. It truly was the easiest and most hassle free experience I've EVER had at any service center or garage. Thank you. More
My appointment for my scheduled maintenance was 9:00 am, and I swear they were waiting for me when I pulled up! I had other things I wanted them to check out beside the scheduled maintenance. As it turned out, it was operator errors (me!), but they patiently explained all my concerns away, and actually made me feel quite capable! This is my second Kia, and all the rest of my cars will all be Kias. I love my Forte, and I love my dealership! More

They care about what they are doing and the people they are serving and they take great pride in what they do. The service I received is outstanding and the timeline he gave as to the completion of the work was right on target! I won't ever take my 2011 KIA Forte any where else to be serviced for any reason. Bought a Q-certified 2005 Mercury on Aug 13. Its headlights died Sept 3. I brought it in, and was told it needed a new lighting Module that I'd have to pay $500 for. On 9/8 I called Mr. Avery and sa headlights died Sept 3. I brought it in, and was told it needed a new lighting Module that I'd have to pay $500 for. On 9/8 I called Mr. Avery and said I expected working headlights, planned to wirte the Chamber of Commerce about my experience with him, and invited him to provide a functioning part at no cost. He said he needed to talk to his boss. I called back on 9/10, and he had no word. At close of business 9/12, still no word. I bought this "$500" part, with a lifetime warranty, priority shipping included, for $190. Avery's business card reads "I can help!!!" I guess he uses a dictionary I don't. More
