Repair service When I bought my Soul I discovered, when I got home, that the horn did not work. A part was ordered for my car and in just over a week it was at the dealership. I called repair to schedule an appointment and spoke with Mac in Service & Repair. He was super courteous and helpful. A couple of days later I took my car in for the repair. Mac greeted me and immediately wrote up a work order for the horn and inquired if the car needed any other service. The job was complete in just under an hour. It was a good experience for a car repair. I only dealt with Mac but everyone t here is courteous and helpful. More

Service I came in to have my new Kia Optima serviced. They fixed everything but my headlight. I am not happy about that but we will see where that goes. Got in Fast to prepare for a trip. I was able to get in and have my 2014 Sorento's oil changed, tires rotated, and fully inspected in preparation for a 3, 000 mile trip. I got in quick I was able to get in and have my 2014 Sorento's oil changed, tires rotated, and fully inspected in preparation for a 3, 000 mile trip. I got in quickly and it took 1.5 hours including the installation of air filters for the engine and cabin which were not on my list to get done. The tech checked them out and showed me how bad they were. This was really appreciated since my wife suffers from allergies. I had a maintenance plan as part of my original car purchase from another state. Kim Singer worked with me to get all of the arrangements made to ensure I received the appropriate credit. More

There is a tv and charging station for devices to provide entertainment. Overall I'll choose to go elsewhere because of the long wait and the apathetic attitude. More
