Attentive to needs & concerns, very knowledgeable and prompt I had many things needing repair when bringing my Sportage in for an oil change and tire rotation. The service department immediately attended to my needs and concerns. They were polite with a smile and eager to assist. Although it took me three visits to have all issues taken care of, they were very patient and apologetic as the return visits were due to parts not available. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing service. I highly recommend the KIA autos to anyone interested in a reliable and trusting car. Repair service When I bought my Soul I discovered, when I got home, that the horn did not work. A part was ordered for my car and in just over a week it was at the When I bought my Soul I discovered, when I got home, that the horn did not work. A part was ordered for my car and in just over a week it was at the dealership. I called repair to schedule an appointment and spoke with Mac in Service & Repair. He was super courteous and helpful. A couple of days later I took my car in for the repair. Mac greeted me and immediately wrote up a work order for the horn and inquired if the car needed any other service. The job was complete in just under an hour. It was a good experience for a car repair. I only dealt with Mac but everyone t here is courteous and helpful. More
