I had my maintenance service done My service advisor was able to get me in fast . The waiting faculty was clean and offer donuts but the coffee was cold. A news paper was available. My Time is Valuable I purchased my 2016 Kia Soul 10/01/15. This purchase was probably my 1st new vehicle purchase in 20 years. But the style of the Soul & the 10 year/100 I purchased my 2016 Kia Soul 10/01/15. This purchase was probably my 1st new vehicle purchase in 20 years. But the style of the Soul & the 10 year/100,000 warranty really caught my attention being a widow with a somewhat fixed income. Servicing a new vehicle has really changed over the years -- used to be every 3 months/3000 miles. Now you only go every 6 mos for the oil change. Back in the day you packed a lunch & planned to stay the day. Now you go in to a nice clean facility, with a choice of 2 comfortable waiting room, with a flat screen TV and refreshments. Then just about the time you get your coffee & donut and sit down to watch TV, they come & tell you .. your car is ready !!! Seriously both times I have been to the Rivergate Kia, was there less than an hour from start to finish & had gotten an oil change & the tires rotated! It was so economical ...I hated to ask for a coupon, but I did anyway! Very nice, prompt & economical ..... give them a call & ask for Matt Russell More
