My Time is Valuable I purchased my 2016 Kia Soul 10/01/15. This purchase was probably my 1st new vehicle purchase in 20 years. But the style of the Soul & the 10 year/100 I purchased my 2016 Kia Soul 10/01/15. This purchase was probably my 1st new vehicle purchase in 20 years. But the style of the Soul & the 10 year/100,000 warranty really caught my attention being a widow with a somewhat fixed income. Servicing a new vehicle has really changed over the years -- used to be every 3 months/3000 miles. Now you only go every 6 mos for the oil change. Back in the day you packed a lunch & planned to stay the day. Now you go in to a nice clean facility, with a choice of 2 comfortable waiting room, with a flat screen TV and refreshments. Then just about the time you get your coffee & donut and sit down to watch TV, they come & tell you .. your car is ready !!! Seriously both times I have been to the Rivergate Kia, was there less than an hour from start to finish & had gotten an oil change & the tires rotated! It was so economical ...I hated to ask for a coupon, but I did anyway! Very nice, prompt & economical ..... give them a call & ask for Matt Russell More

Attentive to needs & concerns, very knowledgeable and prompt I had many things needing repair when bringing my Sportage in for an oil change and tire rotation. Although it took me three visits to have all issues taken care of, they were very patient and apologetic as the return visits were due to parts not available. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing service. I highly recommend the KIA autos to anyone interested in a reliable and trusting car.
