Never do business with them I received a phone call after 9 pm from a blocked number from this dealership wanting to talk to me about selling me a car. This is the second night I received a phone call after 9 pm from a blocked number from this dealership wanting to talk to me about selling me a car. This is the second night in a row they have called me this late. What kind of company calls people this late, the answer is a company that doesn't care about their customers. I will never buy a car from this dealership or recommend it to anyone I know. More

Excellent & Speedy customer service I did not have an appointment, but I stopped in on a Wednesday around 1 pm to see if I could get my oil changed. I was very promptly & courteously ad I did not have an appointment, but I stopped in on a Wednesday around 1 pm to see if I could get my oil changed. I was very promptly & courteously addressed with a positive response. I was told it would probably take about an hour. I went in to the very tidy waiting room & pulled out a book to read while waiting. In no time at all my car was ready -- the oil changed and the tires rotated. How great was that -- in & out in no time --- beating the afternoon traffic home. More

I CALLED MORE THAN 10 TIMES AND ANY T ** I AM A CUSTOMER .You guys having my Vehicle for more than a month ... IT IS A WHITE KIA RIO ... NO LOANER ... I CALLED MORE THAN 10 TIMES AND ANY TIME SOMEBODY PASS ME TO A SERVICE ADVISER AND AFTER A LONG HOLD IF THEY WORK THAT DAY , TOLD ME THEY ARE STILL WORKING ON IT BUT THEY ARE NOT SURE IF IT IS COVERED BY "BUMPER TO BUMPER " WARRANTY OR NO ...
