I had a situation with my car and called and spoke with Josh and he was willing to help me resolve the situation. 2021- Took my 2014 Sorento in to schedule engine replacement, since it was part of the massive national recall on certain defective engines. After 2 weeks, I call to see if it's done yet, and the gu replacement, since it was part of the massive national recall on certain defective engines. After 2 weeks, I call to see if it's done yet, and the guy finally returns to the phone and says"are you sure you brought it here"?. Duh ya. Then a sassy older woman gets on the phone to tell me it ISN'T on the recall list, and suggests it was my fault that the engine seized driving down the interstate. (This is a favorite tactic of theirs to get out of doing what theyre supposed to do.) I had the vehicle towed to a Kia dealership out of state, and they happily replaced the engine for free, as per the Kia Company's guidelines. (They confirmed that it WAS recalled). After it was fixed by the Kentucky dealer, I sold it ASAP and bought a good vehicle, a Toyoya! More
