Salesperson was nice but 45 minutes late for our scheduled appointment time. Finance was easy because it was mostly electronic however I found a $835 charge for “Lux care”that I wasn’t told about. scheduled appointment time. I called the dealership to find out what it was and was told it was an exterior protectant and they add it to every car they sell. This lux care charge is not included in the price of the vehicle and should be optional and explained during the financing process. More
