Dallas was very interested in my wants and concerns. I felt that he was very professional and informative about the vehicle. Scott was very helpful and tried very hard to find us the vehicle we wanted. We called seeking a Soul with a manual transmission, but when he could not locate a Soul with a manual transmission anywhere in t vehicle we wanted. We called seeking a Soul with a manual transmission, but when he could not locate a Soul with a manual transmission anywhere in the region, he called us back and explained other options and gave us information on the tap shifter automatic transmission for us to consider. Upon arrival at the lot, he allowed us to look at the vehicles and make our decision without hovering. He also made sure all details were to our satisifaction prior to our purchase. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and answered our questions throughly. Love my SOUL! More

Ulysses called me about a used SUV that had just come in. I went in to drive it. I like the vehicle but because it was used, it did not have the 10 year warranty that I wanted. But Ulysses did not give I went in to drive it. I like the vehicle but because it was used, it did not have the 10 year warranty that I wanted. But Ulysses did not give up. He took me to the extra lot that you have to show me a new one that he thought I would like. It was not there but the one I finally bought was there. I really like it. Ulysses was great to work with. He is a real asset to your dealership. He just doesn't give up. The price was more than I really want to pay and I think my friends think I could have gotten a better price with better negotiating skills. But all in all, I have a very good experience and I would recommend your dealership. More
