This was the most pleasant care buying experience I have ever had. Everyone was friendly, helpful and NO pressure. Robert diagnosed the problem quickly and accurately,a faulty senser. Also an oil change was needed at this time. The waiting time estimate was correct and the bill was accurate. I bought a used 08 Amani from an individual. The Amanti is still under factory warranty, so I took it to Rivergate to meet the service manager and have an oil change performed. They treated me like I had is still under factory warranty, so I took it to Rivergate to meet the service manager and have an oil change performed. They treated me like I had purchased a new vehicle from their dealership. I have been back for some warranty work and they have continued to extend to me excellent customer service. Unfortunately we weren't able to purchase my black 2007 Optima LX from Carnival Kia of Rivergate, but we have been fortunate enough to have it serviced there!! From the day we got it, they are they only on Optima LX from Carnival Kia of Rivergate, but we have been fortunate enough to have it serviced there!! From the day we got it, they are they only ones that have serviced it. We take it in for all oil changes and warranty services. They have always been courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. We will always take our Kia to be serviced at their Dealership....it's all about trust. I know they will treat my car like it belongs to them. People ask me all the time if I like my Kia....I tell them I LOVE my Kia. They should go to Carnival Kia and test drive one, they'll see what I'm talking about. :-) More

I have never dealt with an auto sales professional like Dallas Howard. He was extremely informative, passionate and knowlegeable about his product, and patient with all of my questions. Dallis was great to work with. He let me look at the three models I was interested in without any pushing me. He showed me multiple variations of the models and let me do a couple of test drives before three models I was interested in without any pushing me.
