Arthur is my favorite associate! He ran his legs off for us finding out everything we needed to know. He was very patient & attentive. The dealership and I could not quite come to terms on a price for the car and trade-in. That can happen in this business. However...I was impressed with the friendliness of the dealership and even more so price for the car and trade-in. That can happen in this business. My husband and I decided to visit Carnival Kia Rivergate after seeing the commercial on TV about no credit application being refused. We said "yeah, sure, they are NOT going to give us a car with our credit after seeing the commercial on TV about no credit application being refused. We said "yeah, sure, they are NOT going to give us a car with our credit!" We left to go to the dealership in a 2002 Buick Century. We came home in a 2012 Kia Forte. No one was more surprised than we were! Our salesperson, Arthur Williamson was amazing. He bent over backwards not only to find the right car for us, but to get us a deal that was in our price range. And we put him through his paces! He was wonderful to work with as was the finance department. Everyone was very nice and I would highly recommend Carnival Kia Rivergate to anyone looking for their next vehicle! More

Not as helpful they could have been. Was not given any finance options such as amount of payment vs length of loan, just papers put in front of me to be signed. Tried to ask questions about the extended finance options such as amount of payment vs length of loan, just papers put in front of me to be signed. Tried to ask questions about the extended warranty they offered but was told "wait until I finish" and he never did answer my question. Had to buy a second key, which really every car should come with 2 keys. Had to take it through emissions testing, which really should have been done by the dealer (I have never had to do this before when buying a car from a dealer). They have a "don't bother me" attitude once the car is sold More
