Greg was quick with getting in touch with us and closing the deal. His initial phone call to us was very personable and made us feel comfortable. He had gathered some information for our purchase and was more than happy to go over it with us in the phone call. We really appreciated his patience in setting up an appointment a week out from our initial contact to accommodate our work schedule, and the fact he trusted in us to be at the appointment instead of making several more phone calls to us throughout the week like many other pushy dealerships. Though Wayne helped us once arriving because Greg was with another customer, the team of these two made our entire experience a great one! Their tolerance with the kids was awesome!! I arrived at the dealer with the intent to test drive an evaluate the 2012 Kia Optima or the 2012 Kia Sorrento. After test driving both, I settled on the Optima EX. As the salesman attempted to persuade me evaluate the 2012 Kia Optima or the 2012 Kia Sorrento. After test driving both, I settled on the Optima EX. As the salesman attempted to persuade me to purchase it I was a bit concerned about the trade in value of my old car. When the salesman inquired about the payoff, I stated a payment was due and perhaps I should pay it before trading. He countered with, "why, we're going to pay it off and you'd be better served to use that money toward the down payment. I was offered a fair price for the Kia and trade in of my old car. After signing the paperwork I asked the finance officer if this deal was final and he assured me it was...IT WASN'T. It was over two weeks before the old car was paid off and all the while I recieved harrassing calls concerning that due payment from the old finance company. After a week I decided to take my car on a trip to Florida. The day before my planned departure I decided to go over a few more points of the car with my owners manuals. It was only then I discovered the vehicle did not have a spare tire. This was not covered by the salesman at all while he went over the car with me. I decided to give him a call for information concerning the purchase of a spare tire kit, but he informed me he was busy and would call back later that day. It's been a week and no call. As this was my first new car purchase in 16yrs it should have been a pleasurable experience. But thanks to your staff, I was robbed of that initial joy. More
