He had gathered some information for our purchase and was more than happy to go over it with us in the phone call. We really appreciated his patience in setting up an appointment a week out from our initial contact to accommodate our work schedule, and the fact he trusted in us to be at the appointment instead of making several more phone calls to us throughout the week like many other pushy dealerships.
