We started this process of buying a KIA on 24 Dec 2012. I contacted Carnival via a chat session and was given no information which I requested. I was sort of put off by this and had no prospect for a purc I contacted Carnival via a chat session and was given no information which I requested. I was sort of put off by this and had no prospect for a purchase form them. Then I heard from Greg Crider and he gave me the parameters of the answer I was looking for. I was also contacted by Shane McKee the sales manager who wanted to make sure Greg was assisting me properly. This turned me towards Carnival even more. We arrived at the dealer on the 29th and met Greg. He walked us through all the specs of the Soul and showed us a soul +. We then were taken on a test drive in a basic model which went well. The deal was in motion without a lot of pushiness. this is a huge plus. We then negotiated pretty easily and made the deal. The vehicle was then taken back for prep for us. and was allegedly cleaned. I say allegedly because the sticker residue was still all over the windows and there was still protective plastic pieces on the car. Greg caught a few of those but no the windows. We then were congratulated on the purchase and drove off. About 10 minutes later we were called back because they forgot to put the temp tag on the car. This is the first time this has ever happened to me. More

We went to the Rivergate Carnival Kia to buy a used Soul. We were told they get sold very fast. We were sadden,but we were encouraged to see other cars in the lot and the salesman showed us a 2009 used Chevr We were told they get sold very fast. My wife, son and I took the car for a test drive with Marcus Winfield,who was very informative and witty. He worked very hard to get us to leave the lot owning a car from KIA. We were going to buy the car cash so there was very little red tape to handle. If we like the deal we buy, if we don't we walk out to go another dealer. We commend Marcus for negotiating a deal that mades us drive out with a car. Congratulations, Marcus! More

Dealer was ok, but thought we had a deal worked out with set numbers and then wouldn't you know as soon as I get to the finance manager here comes ther hidden cost! It was a wonderful experience. I did not feel pressured but felt that Tom Cliburn explained the cars differences and the options that each had we were looking at. I would definatly recommend Tom Cliburn to anyone that is thinking about buying a car. I really appreciate dealers having employees that care about their customer. The last time i shopped for a Kia was about 4 years ago, and i wish i could tell you how close i came to never shopping Kia again. I felt pressured, and that the sales person simply was not listening to me and i wish i could tell you how close i came to never shopping Kia again. I felt pressured, and that the sales person simply was not listening to me, and my budget needs. I took another chance now that Kia Rivergate has moved and seems to have (mostly) new personnel. I was greeted by David Beasley, and i'm not even sure of how to describe the positive experience i had with this man. From the outset, David listened to me, tried beyond even REASON to accomodate me, and worked WITH me and not FOR HIMSELF. In my own line of work, i observe a lot of customer service, both very good and very bad. And frankly, i don't know that i have seen a BETTER example of superior customer service than Mr. Beasley. Again, in my business we value an associate like Mr. Beasley to the highest degree, and i hope you will do the same. Trust me.....he's one in about a million!
