I came in believing that the shifter cable on my 2006 Optima had broken and figured I was l looking at at least a $200 repair. It turned out that the bolt had come loose and was lost. He replaced the bolt. I was ready to go in no time and the repair only cost me $60. I was pleasantly surprised to find such an honest and friendly mechanic. He even gave me an estimate on another, less pressing repair, that I need to have taken care of. Unfortunately, I live out of town or I would make it a practice to come to the Universal Kia dealership for service for every bit of maintenance my car needs. It truly was the easiest and most hassle free experience I've EVER had at any service center or garage. Thank you. More

My appointment for my scheduled maintenance was 9:00 am, and I swear they were waiting for me when I pulled up! I had other things I wanted them to check out beside the scheduled maintenance. As it turned out, it was operator errors (me!), but they patiently explained all my concerns away, and actually made me feel quite capable! This is my second Kia, and all the rest of my cars will all be Kias. I love my Forte, and I love my dealership! More

We went to Kia after receiving a voucher stating that they were interested in purchasing my older 2009 Kia Spectra. Virgil was our Salesman and he was very knowledgeable about all of the questions that I had regarding the purchase of a new vehicle. He was not overly pushy and was able to point out things that went along with my many questions - such as comparisons of gas mileage, type of driving in icy conditions, etc. I was very pleased with Virgil Avery and would recommend anyone looking to buy a car to visit him at Universal Kia! I bought the 2013 Kia Rio back in August 2012 at the Antioch, TN location and really love the car. My purchase experience was rather tedious but prolonged because I test drove several cars. Jay Stewart and novice Todd O'Grady were really nice guys and made the experience endurable. The price was fair, equitable, and "doable." The Manager on duty was Rania, who was also very nice and wanted to ensure that I was completely happy with my purchase. I was very pleased with the ease of creating a maintenance log through the website and also the email reminders for scheduled maintenance. My most recent experience was my first scheduled maintenance. I chose the Rivergate location for the proximity to my home. The staff were super friendly and offered my first maintenance check for free. I was very thankful for the offer, particularly as I didn't utilize the first free tank of gas after my purchase (given the location of the dealer in the Antioch location). Given that this is my second KIA automobile, I am obviously won over. It is my hope that I get as much mileage and usefulness out of my Rio that I did with my Sportage.
