Amazing Service My wife and I recently stopped by Universal Kia in Nashville, Tn and we couldn't believe how well we were takin care of by them. We are so use to dealerships not being honest or just pushy. Jim the general manager and Virgil the salesmen went above and beyond our expectations. So much so them took the time to walk around the lot to help us find the vehicle we were looking for in the pouring down rain. I would highly recommend them to everyone I know. More

The spare tire I wish the dealership the salesman or anybody would have told me there was no spare tire no jack nothing in a brand new 2015 Kia soul instead of havi I wish the dealership the salesman or anybody would have told me there was no spare tire no jack nothing in a brand new 2015 Kia soul instead of having to break down on the side of road with my little baby to find out there's no spare tire. Not very happy. .. Someone should have said something..Heck its was brand new.. i never heard of a brand new car not coming with a jack or a spare tire More
