Attentive to needs & concerns, very knowledgeable and prompt I had many things needing repair when bringing my Sportage in for an oil change and tire rotation. The service department immediately attended to my needs and concerns. They were polite with a smile and eager to assist. Although it took me three visits to have all issues taken care of, they were very patient and apologetic as the return visits were due to parts not available. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing service. I highly recommend the KIA autos to anyone interested in a reliable and trusting car.
