Salesperson I've dealt with Kia since 2003 and have loved every vehicle I've bought. Starting with the Rio, Sedona, Optima & now my 2016 Sorrento. Attentive to needs & concerns, very knowledgeable and prompt I had many things needing repair when bringing my Sportage in for an oil change and tire rotation. Although it took me three visits to have all issues taken care of, they were very patient and apologetic as the return visits were due to parts not available.
