First of all I want to give praise to Matlock our sales person he did a good job. Everything else is bad at the dealership. When I took our vehicle in for a free oil change it took two and a half hours t person he did a good job. Everything else is bad at the dealership. When I took our vehicle in for a free oil change it took two and a half hours to finish. I complained to the service manager but nothing was done. We recently paid off our vehicle with KIA Motor Finance and was asked to bring in the proof of the payoff by Tim Jackson in Finance. I took in the letter and he told me it would take six to eight weeks before we received our GAP insurance refund check in the mail. After those eight weeks passed I called Tim back and he said that he would mail the check that day and that was three weeks ago. I feel like the dealership is ignoring me now because I’ve called them many times, left detailed voicemails with Tim Jackson and the GM but no responses. I called KIA Motor Finance and they said that it’s out of their hands as did the GAP insurance company. Learn from my pain and stay away!!! ****Update**** We finally received our GAP insurance check from the dealership. +1 star. More
First I want to start off by saying our Sales rep was awesome, Virgil was friendly and helped us with great speed. We did know the exact car we wanted and knew how much we wanted to pay for it. Granted we were in a little bit of a rush but it has been no excuse for having an additional $4 grand added to the cost of the car for a so called Warranty that we NEVER asked for. After calling back because for one the USB drive that was supposed to have ALL the paperwork only had a few disclosures on it so we didn't even get a chance to review the Sales paperwork once we got home after rushing to get our kids from school. So we had to call back a bout a week later because we had trusted them to have done everything legally, but noticed the extra 4000 in the loan when we got the login information. We then called and spoke to "Bubba" whom had us sign a form saying we wanted a refund for the Warranty we never asked for and he advised us that it was left on by Accident, they had put it on the sale in hope to get better financing. Which I feel is an illegal practice because We would have never accepted a sale that had something we didn't want. Now it has been almost 2 months since then and our finance company has claimed they have not received any money from this so called Warranty plan refund and we have not received any check in the mail. We are going round and round with the finance department and are to the point that we feel we have been taken advantage of and worry that we will be stuck paying for a warranty we didn't want because we cant afford to take legal action and are not even sure if we can take legal actions. All we can say is that if you do look to purchase a vehicle from this location to take your time not mater what and look over the sales document very very closely. I have read other reviews that have stated they found this mysterious Warranty tacked onto their purchase for which they never asked for as well. More

They were ok with the speed they took to repair my car under warranty. It was dropped off monday and they finished it thursday after noon. It was a hybrid fuse. I had to rent a car. Under warranty i was supposed to get it paid back, but kia motors said it is the dealers job to refund me. The dealer said it was kia motors. So as of right now, no one has refunded me my rental. Service dept gentleman stated I needed a new battery to get serviced for a recall to be done. He never looked up my car in the system to verify if the engine light was due to the recall while I was standin get serviced for a recall to be done. He wanted to sell me a new battery and asked if I wanted to pay for a diagnostic test after I showed him my recall letter from Kia stating the recall check and repair was free of charge. I found that to be odd with my engine light being on due to recall. I went to Advance Auto Parts afterwards to run a battery check test and the mechanic showed me that my battery life, alternator, and starter was great and didnt understand why I was told my battery was weak. Next day, I took my vehicle to Kia Hickory Hollow location and their service dept was more thorough in checking my recall while I was standing there, verified the problem, and took care of the issue. Very dishonest people when it come to warranties on your car! If something breaks on your car and you've only got five thousand miles on it plus it's a brand new carl then fix it. The whole staff was very friendly. They listened to what we needed and find a vehicle that checked all our must have, like to have, and a few things we live but weren't looking for.
