I purchased a 2017 Honda Civic from Greenway Kia Rivergate on 8/11/2021 for $25,635.73 including the extended warranty on the car. On 8/21/2021 while on a trip my A/C unit started to work intermitt Rivergate on 8/11/2021 for $25,635.73 including the extended warranty on the car. On 8/21/2021 while on a trip my A/C unit started to work intermittently. I took the vehicle to Crest Honda on 8/22/2021 and was told by them that it was not a manufacturer issue and to contact my dealer since I had just purchased the car from there. They also noted that dye had already been ran through the A/C system-someone had previously preformed diagnostics on the vehicle. They didn't even quote me for a repair-he instructed me to take it right back to the dealership. When I reached out to the Sales Manager he told me that "it was my problem" and that my extended warranty (which they informed me at the time of sale that I HAD TO PURCHASE) was only applicable 45 days after the sale. I reached out to the warranty company and they said that that soon after the sale the dealership usually fixes it. "It's not an issue that they can't fix, it's an issue that they don't want to fix". I then reached out to the Finance Manager-Timothy Jackson, to express my concern. He informed me that he'd try and "work something out" with the GM in the morning and that I needed to "calm down and they helped ME out on the deal". I ignored the crack on the windshield and the brakes needing repair when the sales person brushed me off when I mentioned it. I can't ignore the A/C going out in August in TN. IF YOU PURCHASE A USED CAR FROM HERE YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING THAT GOES WRONG-EVEN IF IT'S THE DEALERSHIPS RESPONSIBILITY. THEY DO NOT STAND BY THE USED CARS THAT THEY SELL. More

If I could make it zero I would. Magically my prepaid service package does not apply. This was my 3rd time getting an oil change & was asked if I wanted "15,000 mile service". I recently had to “walk-in” for 10,000 mile interval maintenance-service engagement as the scheduled appointments were booked out for several days beyond the date that would work best for me. I arrived minutes after the service department opened and was greeted by a very friendly (& efficient) service advisor who promptly checked me in. She answered all my service-related questions and set expectations for the service visit… only to exceed them (all). This is the second vehicle I’ve had serviced with Greenway Kia - neither of which were purchased at/through their dealership - and over numerous service visits, I have yet to be even remotely dissatisfied. They have consistently performed the work I’d scheduled to be completed exceptionally well, in a highly professional, efficient, A+ quality manner!! Based upon my direct experiences, I am very comfortable recommending this dealership for anyone’s Kia service needs!! More
Using the words "service department" does an injustice to the words. your service department lacks efficiency, accountability, and at this point a lack of understanding of what customer service means. left the words. your service department lacks efficiency, accountability, and at this point a lack of understanding of what customer service means. left my car on wednesday morning with female service writer. she asked if i was going to wait for car or pick it up when done. advised pick it up when done, and to call me asap with an update on the issue. airbag light on. she assured me that someone would call me. i called late that same day for an update. receptionsit advised that no one was picking up there phone in service and to leave a message. i did. she assured me that someone would contact me before end of day. no one did. Thursday morning, i called again. again receptionist advised that service would not pick up there phone. asked me to leave a msg. i did. now it is thursday @ 4:15 pm and still no call. no update. NOTHING. If this is an example of how you run this business, perhaps I need to go pick up my car and get it done somewhere that will understand the concept of good customer service. All I have asked for is an UPDATE. A CAll BACK. ridiculous! that I even have to write this poor of a review even before my car gets looked at. Glad I did not wait for car!!!!! More
