The damages that occurred would cost me $5,000 to repair. It was a hard decision because I have not had car payments for over seven years and love it! But God said, "You envision, and I will deliver." On Sunday, March 2nd, my husband and I went to Greenway Kia and met the excellent Virgil Avery II! The night before going to the dealership, I built my dream car online, and Virgil went directly to my dream car with no further questions asked. I looked at my husband and said, "This is it!" See what my husband and Virgil did not know: I asked God's permission to bless me with my dream car with no issues! Let's say I am the proud owner of my 2025 fully loaded K5 white pearl with red leather seats, a grown woman-approved vehicle! Thank you again, Virgil, for your honesty and outstanding and one-of-a-kind customer service! I will return to purchase a car for our son and recommend Greenway Kia to our friends! On November 18, I was involved in a T-Bone accident which totaled my 2022 Kia Soul I bought new from here 2 years ago. I had bought a new Kia Forte in 2016. I also referred my mother-in law here for two buys totaled my 2022 Kia Soul I bought new from here 2 years ago. I had bought a new Kia Forte in 2016. I also referred my mother-in law here for two buys so far. Our salesman was Virgil Avery. On November 26th, I went to Kia Rivergate to buy a used Kia Soul. I met with Virgil and told him I did not have gap insurance this go round and wish I had it like before and needed it this go round. I also told him I wanted an extended warranty. I saw a used 2020 Kia Soul with low miles on it and Virgil agreed on a price of $16,650. I was very tired and on medication due to the accident, which hurt me pretty badly. When signing the finance papers I inquired about putting my old plates on the new purchase and the finance man told me "they don't do that anymore"(which was a lie). After getting home, I realized they had charged me $17, 300 for the car, not the $16,650 we had agreed upon. I called Virgil and he told me he remembered quoting me the $16,650 number and so I spoke to the finance man and told him what had happened. After repeated calls to Virgil, nobody has contacted me about this issue. What they don't realize is I have beaten a law suit xxxxxx all the way to the State Supreme Court, so they don't know who they are messing with. I have read the reviews here am I am aghast at what I have read. What they have done is pure fraud, first telling me that I couldn't use my old plates (I lost $45 on that deal) and defrauding me out of $650. They got the nice extended warranty already for $3160, which is above normal, so then they screw me again on the price! BTW, I never did get the gap insurance! Normally, I read contracts carefully, but I was in a bad way and trusted KIA Rivergate: NEVER again!!!! Expect to see me in court next year KIA!!! More

Dealership was not good about getting back to me when the part was received to schedule a appointment, I had to call them the work was good and on time , I elected to get a oil change done with out asking wh part was received to schedule a appointment, I had to call them the work was good and on time , I elected to get a oil change done with out asking what they charge that was 120 bucks , more than what I would pay for an oil change. Me son and daughter in law went to this dealership to purchase a car in July. After going back and forth a bit we finally agreed to a price. We were doing our own financing from our bank. It took 2.5 hrs to get a bill of sale to take to our bank to get a check. After we returned with the check it took another 1.5 to do the final paperwork. We had a we owe to be done to the car that still has not been fixed. They kept telling us they couldn’t find the part. So we took upon ourselves and called a local dealership and behold they keep that part in stock. Amazing when you do the work yourself. After we call and let them know thaty this dealership has the part in stock. They have now agreed to get the part. Now they are telling us it will take 5 hours to do the job. We asked the local dealership how long it should take and they are telling two hours max. Once we get this part fixed we will never come back to this dealership. I would not recommend them for anything at all. I’ve sold cars before for over 8 years and it has never taken me more than 30days to get a part. They should be ashamed of themselves for this type of service. More
