1st Time Buyer I had been to several dealers looking for a car. I didn't think I could get a new car. We really needed a nice size car especially having a new baby. Teddy went above and beyond to get us approved. Our credit was not the best but he was determined to put us in the vehicle we wanted. He never tried to sway us to take something we really didn't want. I felt like a buyer! It took some time but it was well worth the wait. We left with a NEW 2016 Kia Optima. We love it! Horrible Service I took my wife's car over there for an oil change. I checked the color and quality of the oil before we took it to them. It was very dark and definite I took my wife's car over there for an oil change. I checked the color and quality of the oil before we took it to them. It was very dark and definitely needed changed. So I took it there and waited about 45 minutes. I checked the oil after the service and it was still dark and not clear like new oil. Theye did not do the service but said they did. I wouldn't trust them with anything. More

Great experience I went into the dealership thinking this was going to be like almost every other time I had gone to a dealership, you know where the salesmen are push I went into the dealership thinking this was going to be like almost every other time I had gone to a dealership, you know where the salesmen are pushy and really are only concerned about selling a car. After talking with Teddy for a few minutes, I realized that we had talked about several other things except the truck I was there to look at. It was refreshing that he actually wanted to get to know me a little and not view me as just a potential commission check. Needless to say I bought a truck and love it! More

Awesome, helpful salesman My car went out 2 days prior to my visit here. The transmission went out. I first when to Jim Burke where hey only offered $500 for my car. So my dad and I towed my car here and they offered $5000 trade in on my Nissan Cube for a 2017 Kia Forte. There were some struggles getting financing with my poor credit. But Leo helped us get the car my husband and I needed to get back on our feet. Never in my dreams would I have imagined having a brand new car. The process was pretty quick. Leo did not try to push us into a car we couldn't afford or didn't really want. He helped us every step of the way. Best car salesman I've been to and will continue to go to Riverchase Kia and Leo for any future purchases. More
