Miracle worker First off I would like to start off by saying that I have been where you are and this is for the person reading this review I went around to numerous First off I would like to start off by saying that I have been where you are and this is for the person reading this review I went around to numerous dealerships and they all told me that I was not approved I started getting discouraged and then I contacted Teddy at Kia he told me that he could get me approved of course I was skeptical after being turned down so many times I've got there and Teddy had me approved and in a car within an hour he was very nice help this out stayed till 9 o'clock at night and to add his awesomeness we called back the next day and told him that we needed to change cars he was very happy to help us with changing vehicles and again stayed until 9 o'clock this man is a miracle worker and I encourage you to give this man the opportunity before you contact anyone else it will save you a lot of time thank you teddy Frye me and my family will always contact him first. Our sales rep worked very hard to find the right car Lots of positive reasons to purchase a car from this dealership. Sales rep stayed with us from start to finish. He was very polite and respectful. We did have a couple of bumps in our overall process but when Marshell and Woody found out about it they contacted us immediately and corrected the problem. Can't ask for much more than that. You find out the true character of a place when there is a problem. Everything is all pretty and shiny at first, it's how they act when something goes wrong that you get to see reality. The reality here is that they will work and work quickly to make the customer happy. They care. A huge difference here was that we never felt that Marshell (our sales rep) was rude or pushy. He never got aggravated with our requests to look at another car even though we looked a different types of cars. He put a lot of effort to figure out what we needed then went and got it. I would recommend anyone to work with Marshell when buying a new or used car. He really knows all the details about the cars and won't quit until he finds you what you want. We are very happy with our 'new to us' car. More
