Disappointed I bought my car at Riverchase Kia and it was a great experience because of Teddy Frye. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the service department I bought my car at Riverchase Kia and it was a great experience because of Teddy Frye. Unfortunately I cannot say the same for the service department. Last week I called to make sure I would not need to make an appointment and was told not at all just come in and we will take care of you. I came to have my first oil change on my Kia Sorento, drove hour and half to get it serviced only to be told that I would have an hour and half to hour 45 minutes wait. I didn't understand why it would take so long I had allotted about an hour at the most but sure hoped it would not take so long. But I had to pick up my grandchildren so was unable to stay that long. The lady said "oh it is alright you can go to 7200 miles before the oil change" This is totally opposite from what I have been told. So instead of my one out of three free oil changes I ended up paying for my oil change and am still upset by the whole situation and this was last Friday, February 3, 2017. More

They gave us a deal when NO ONE else would We visited multiple dealerships in the area looking to get my wife out of a car that was not worth what she was paying for it. Amazing Friendly Serivce and Caring I was so impressed with the caring spirit of Greg Craven and the whole finance department at Riverchase Kia. I was apprehensive about my recent credi I was so impressed with the caring spirit of Greg Craven and the whole finance department at Riverchase Kia. I was apprehensive about my recent credit history and a little fearful, but within five minutes of talking with Mr. Craven, he made me feel at ease and as if I was talking to a family member. He was very professional yet had a compassionate spirit.
