This is the 2nd vehicle that I purchased through Joseph (Joey) Bibb was my sales consultant. He is one of Riverchase Kia's Senior Sales Consultants. This is the 2nd vehicle that I purchased through them, the first was a Rio, and this time it is an Optima. I went in with the Rio at a terrible interest rate due to damaged credit, this time I went in to trade it in and get that rate down. Riverchase Kia looked at my situation and told me what they could do, no pressure, no b.s. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. More

We Bought a KIA Soul from Teddy Frye One of my friends recommended me to Riverchase KIA because it was time to trade in my FORD Freestar SES van and did need a good deal on a new vehicle. One of my friends recommended me to Riverchase KIA because it was time to trade in my FORD Freestar SES van and did need a good deal on a new vehicle. My friend told me who turn to---Lamar Black. Once getting there, I told Mr. Black who my friend was and did hit it off. Even though he was with another customer at the time and still wanted our service, Mr. Black did introduce my husband and I to Teddy Frye, another top notch sales representative. Mr. Frye was incredibly knowledgeable with what I was wanting in a vehicle, worked with us to make sure that we did receive a good deal, stayed on top and worked hard every step of the way and made sure our payments were reasonable. He was very professional during the process and when we finished with the whole process, he came out to our new vehicle and explained all the details with the set up of our I Phones, all of the buttons in the front and all of other parts in our vehicle. Thank you not only to Teddy Frye, who made us feel at home during the whole process from start to finish, but to Lamar Black, the sales representative that my friend used to get her vehicle as well. Both of them are a great team!!! I would recommend the both of them to my friends if they want to purchase a vehicle!!! Great job!!! More

Poor Customer Service Customer service was less than desirable! I went in for touch up paint on Saturday after 4 not not knowing they closed at 4pm. The representative stat Customer service was less than desirable! I went in for touch up paint on Saturday after 4 not not knowing they closed at 4pm. The representative stated that parts was closed for the day. I asked at least twice when they open and he stated, pointing to parts department, "As you can see, they are closed." I asked for a manager and he walks off and says you can find one. I tell another employee what happened and he was better but still wasn't very polite and says that parts closed at 4 and to come back Monday at 7. As he is walking off, I ask to report the gentleman that was rude and he stated,from around the corner, that he knows his name and would do it. Not happy to happy the least. More
